Corporate away days can be a refreshing alternative to the usual team or management meeting, that takes place in the workplace, squeezed in between phone calls, e-mails and deadlines.
 
Away days can have many different objectives, but whatever your goals, away from the stresses and pressures of the office, your team's minds will be freed.  The results can be startling as creativity, increased focus, and motivation take over.
 
The Peak District is a perfect location for a corporate away day.  It is easily accessible from most parts of the country; has stunning scenery; fantastic walks; good hotels, conference venues and restaurants. 
 
Choose to take the whole day out in the countryside on one of our inspirational guided walks, allowing discussion and decision making in a very informal atmosphere, or take a shorter guided walk as a refreshing break from a more structured indoor meeting.        
 
We can work in conjunction with your own facilitators if required in helping you to meet your corporate away day objectives.

 Our corporate away day service includes:

 

  • Planning a walking route to suit your group's objectives, and level of fitness.
  • Risk assessment of your walking route.
  • Pre-event advice on what group members need to bring (warm/waterproof clothing, walking shoes, boots etc)
  • The full services of an appropriate number of friendly knowledgeable walking guides on the day to ensure that your group get the most from your corporate away day.  This can also include an element of learning about the Peak District countryside, wildlife, geology, local customs and history if required.   
  • Advice and information on local meeting rooms, conference venues, and hotels if required.
  • Provision of packed lunches with freshly filled rolls from a local bakery or catering firm if required.  
  • Review of the day's activities.
